Fernando Valle is the most significant male representative of the new generation of Asturian singers, and he is renowned for his discographic works.
As traditional singer, he was awarded the Best Voice 2012 in Asturias at the XVI Silvino Argüelles Memorial. On the same year he receives the recognition of the critics of the RTPA (Radio and Television of the Principality of Asturias) for the Best Recording thanks to his CD Camín d´ayures.
Valle’s voice is one of the most appreciated by the audience, as well as by the Asturian composers and musicians who enjoy working with him thanks to his ductility. He has sung with Siero Chamber Orchestra on its American tour in 2014, singing in New York and Washington.
His works is focused on the balance he creates in his songs between the traditional repertoire of the Asturian composers from the beginning of the 20th century and the works composed by Asturian poets of the 21st century. His voice and songs represent the perfection of melancholy and the beauty of the landscapes of the north of Spain, together with the depths of its roots. His voice is part of his homeland and his songs are his way of making us feel that.
